   • All articles published in the journal are immediately available online at no cost to readers. No subscription or registration is required.

2. Creative Commons License:

   • Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows:
     • Free distribution and sharing of the work in any medium.
     • Adaptation, remixing, and building upon the work for any purpose, even commercially.
     • Proper attribution to the original authors and journal is required.
