Criteria for Selecting Reviewers: To ensure a high-quality peer-review process, the journal will invite reviewers who:

  1. Hold advanced academic qualifications (Ph.D. or equivalent) in relevant fields, such as education, inclusive practices, lifelong learning, or related disciplines.
  2. Have published peer-reviewed articles in reputed journals.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in specific areas, such as policy analysis, digital education, adult learning, or Central Asian educational systems.
  4. Exhibit a track record of ethical and impartial academic work.

Reviewer Responsibilities:

  1. Confidentiality:
    Maintain strict confidentiality of the manuscript and the review process.

  2. Constructive Feedback:
    Provide clear, concise, and constructive comments to improve the manuscript’s quality.

  3. Timely Responses:
    Complete the review within the agreed-upon timeframe (usually 2-4 weeks).

  4. Conflict of Interest:
    Declare any conflicts of interest before accepting the review invitation.

Recognition for Reviewers:

  • Reviewers will be acknowledged annually in the journal (if they agree).
  • Outstanding reviewers may receive certificates of appreciation or discounts on publication fees (if applicable).
  • Optionally, publish metrics like “Reviewer Contribution” in journal reports (e.g., number of reviews completed).

Reviewer Database: Build a database of reviewers from diverse regions and expertise areas to support the journal's multidisciplinary focus. Suggested categories include:

  1. Inclusive Education Experts:
    • Researchers and practitioners focusing on disability, equity, and diversity in education.
  2. Lifelong Learning Specialists:
    • Scholars in adult education, vocational training, and community education.
  3. Policy and Governance Analysts:
    • Experts in educational policy, reforms, and governance structures.
  4. Technology and Digital Learning:
    • Academics and professionals with expertise in digital tools for education.
